How do fees work on Malaysian Supermarket?

We will contact each company to discuss your way of selling in the UK.

It costs you to publish a listing to the marketplace. A listing lasts for six months or until the item is sold*. Once an item sells, there is a default 15% transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). *

There is a different cost and arrangements and contracts involved. There is a default agreed transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). * after we have established imports.

Listing fees are billed on your final invoice in GBP. The amount may differ based on changes in the exchange rate.

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on MSUK. Create an MSUK account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally set a billing method (how you want to pay your MSUK fees).

How do I get paid?

We process all the payments through our secured payment provider.

For Direct Seller, you will get paid after the goods is delivered. Seller may request for withdrawal within the dashboard.

For Fulfillment Seller, payment to vendor is done based on terms within the agreement.

Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. We will verify all of our suppliers and will not incur any charges until you open your your listings published.

What can I sell on MSUK?

MSUK provides a marketplace for malaysians to sell their products to list and potentially sell to United Kingdom. We carefully select and groom entrepreneur and manufacturer for a bigger market.
